Q1.: Can I get a sample?

A1.: Sure. The samples will be sent soon when in stock. But for the special decoration or printing on bottles, it will take around 7-15 days to prepare and will charge reasonable sample cost.

Q2.: What is the MOQ?

A2.: Normally our MOQ is 10000 pcs. But for some bottle IN STOCK, the MOQ can be 300 pcs or even less than 300 pcs, depends on the bottle type.

Q3.: Can we do printings on the bottles?

A3.: Sure. Various of printing methos could be offered, such as silk screen printing, hot stamping and silver printing. And we can also provide frosting, color spraying, decal, polishing, plating and label sticker etc.

Q4.: If any defective and broken bottles, how can you setter it for us?

A4.: We will replace the defective and broken bottles in your next order or as your required date.

Q5.: What is your shipping term?

A5.: EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS, by Sea or Air are all available.

Q6.: How about your quality control?

A6.: “Quality is priority”. We are always attaching great importance to quality control from every beginning to the end. Our cooperate factories have gained ISO 9001 certificated.

Usually, we will make samples before the mass production. After getting customers’ sample approval, we will start the mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after well-packing.

Q7.: What is your payment term?

A7.: Normally, the payment term is 30% deposit by T/T, 70% balance to be paid off before making the shipment.

Q8.: What about the normal lead time?

A8.: It is around 25-30 days after receiving the deposit.

Q9.: How to receive a quotation in the shortest time?

A9.: When you send us an enquiry, please kindly make sure all the details, such as Model No., Product Size, Tube Length, Bottle Color, Material, Techniques and Quantity. The more information you offered, the sooner the correct quotation provided by us.
